Efficient autoscaling in OpenShift with Priority and LeastWaste expanders

In OpenShift 4.16 we introduced two expanders, the Least Waste expander and the Priority expander, to autoscaler. These expanders give users more control over how the cluster scales with autoscaler. In this blog, we briefly cover these expanders and their utility.
