Red Hat build of Node.js

NodeConf.eu 2024 is only a week away. It's one of our favoite conferences and it is always a great way to learn about what's new with the Node.js project and new features in Node.js itself. It has a great balance between talks in the morning and workshops in the afternoon. That makes for a great learning experience and the great venue makes networking in the hallway tracks easy. The conference is back at the Waterford Castle which is where the first NodeConf.eu that we attended was held(way back in 2015) and we are looking forward to seeing what's new on the island.

    Talks

The Node.js team members from Red Hat is delivering one talk this year which is:

    Node.js - What’s new and what’s next
Michael Dawson, Node.js lead for Red Hat and IBM, Red Hat
Monday, Nov 4th at 10:30 GMT

We hope to see you this talk and throughout the conference for a chat. For a full list of the various keynotes and talks, check out the NodeConf.eu agenda.

    Collaborator Summit

This year NodeConf.eu is followed but a 2 day collaborator summit in Dublin. The collaborator summits bring together collaborators from across the world to discuss key topics and issues for the project. This year as part of our involvement in the Next-10 team we'lll be leading a session on funding and supporting sessions on collaborator health and results from the recent Next-10 survey. We'll also be actively participating in all of the sessions and look forward to the opportunity to connect in person with other Node.js collaborators.
