While there's plenty of resources available to learn and grow in your cloud-native journey, there's nothing better than real-world examples and learning from those who know the industry best. This was the idea of Dan Walsh, Senior Distinguished Engineer and one of the innovators for container tooling at Red Hat, to cover technical topics from all areas around not just containers, but container runtimes, SELinux, AI, security, and so much more! Welcome to the "Red Hat Dan on Tech" weekly series, with new episodes released on the Red Hat Developer YouTube channel each Wednesday at 9am EST in the Red Hat Dan on Tech playlist.
What can I learn from the series?
With special guests featured from a variety of open source projects (including Podman, Podman Desktop, crun, etc) as well as technologies (quadlet, composefs, instructlab, etc) around containers and beyond, there's great knowledge and practical information from specific use cases in the Red Hat Dan on Tech series. You'll hear about specific components of these tools and how they help developers, sysadmins, and engineers in moving to and building cloud-native applications.
Where can I tune in?
Each Wednesday at 9am EST, there'll be a new episode released on the Red Hat Developer YouTube channel, in this playlist specifically. While we can't speak on the schedule of topics and guests (it's a surprise), know that these 5-10 minute episodes contain nuggets of great information from the folks contributing to these projects! We can't wait to hear what you think!
What if I have a question I'd like answered on the show?
We're interested in questions that you might have, about Podman (and related tools), container technology, and in general! Feel free to leave a comment on the episode you're watching, or send a Tweet to @rhatdan so we can talk about it in a future episode!
