Abstract:
We will demo AI from laptop to production using Quarkus and LangChain4j with ChatGPT, Dall-E, Podman Desktop AI and discover how we can:
Get started with Quarkus+LangChain4j
Use memory, agents and tools
Play with some RAG features
Test out some images for our holiday party
And add some guardrails so everyone is happy
We have to plan the meal, decorate and maybe even make up a song or two.
Speakers:
Rob Sedor is a Red Hat Chief Architect with focus on Application Development. Rob has been a lead architect and developer on projects ranging from large distributed APIs, embedded and real-time solutions. Rob works with Go and C++ doing systems programming and regularly works with Java and Go doing cloud native development designing large distributed systems.
Jeremy is a Chief Architect for App Dev Technologies at Red Hat. He has written lot of code in C, C#, Groovy, JavaScript, Objective-C, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, Visual Basic, and Java (mostly in Java.)
He currently co-leads Red Hat’s Application Development Community of Practice, previouslyl ead Red Hat's Microservices Community of Practice and the Business Rules and Workflow SME group. He has recently spent a lot of time with Reactive programming and event driven architecture.
He used to spend a lot of time on airplanes, and recently acquired a Marshall amp after years of relying on Fenders.
