Members of Red Hat were recently at the Open Source in Finance Forum(FINOS), which was held on Nov 1, 2023 in New York City. This conference brings together experts across financial services, technology, and open source to engage our community in stimulating and thought-provoking conversations about how to best (and safely) leverage open source software to solve industry challenges.
OpenJS Track
While there were multiple tracks available for attendees, I focused on the OpenJS track. It was also the track I was presenting on. The organizers did a really great job with the planning of these talks. Each one seemed to build upon the previous one.
While each of the talks had a little something, I really enjoyed Stephen’s talk Responsible Use of Node.js & Open Source Software Utilizing Best Practices at an Enterprise Level as it closely aligned with what we are also doing here at Red Hat and IBM with our Node.js Reference Architecture.
All the talks from the various tracks can be found in this youtube playlist
I would also like to thank the organizers of the OpenJS track for inviting me to be a speaker and share what the team here at Red Hat and IBM are doing for enterprise Node.js users.
