Software Engineer, AI Safety
Shelton Cyril
Shelton is a software engineer within the AI Safety team at Red Hat. His work focuses on validating that the team's tools behave as intended, across features such as guardrails and AI explainability, so that the safety protections they offer hold up in practice.
Outside of work, his interests lie in electronics and home networking, where small hardware projects and an ever-expanding homelab keep the link between hardware and software practical rather than theoretical.
