Sana Fayyaz

Sana Fayyaz is a Machine Learning Engineer on the Tooling Experience team at Red Hat, where she builds workflows that improve the developer experience. Her work involves integrating AI components, including large language models, evaluation frameworks, and other supporting systems, to build reliable and scalable solutions.

She is particularly interested in understanding how AI systems work under the hood rather than treating them as black boxes. This curiosity drives her to explore the algorithms, model architectures, and engineering trade-offs behind modern AI applications. She enjoys bridging research with practical implementation, helping build AI systems that are reliable and practical for real-world use.

Outside of work, Sana enjoys learning about emerging AI techniques, experimenting with new models, and sharing knowledge with the developer community.
