Hello World!

Preamble

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have installed the following software:

  • Java SE Development Kit (JDK) version 1.8.x (Java 8) - we recommend Oracle JDK or OpenJDK.
  • A Git client.

1. Install Process Automation Manager Runtime

Body
  1. To use the installer to install Red Hat Process Automation Manager on Red Hat JBoss EAP 7.1 , download Red Hat Process Automation Manager 7.0.0 Installer(rhpam-installer-7.0.0.GA.jar). The installer graphical user interface guides you through the installation process.
  2. To install Red Hat Process Automation Manager on Red Hat JBoss EAP 7.1 using the deployable zip files, download the following files:
    • Red Hat Process Automation Manager 7.0.0 Process Server for All Supported EE7 Containers (rhpam-7.0.0.GA-kie-server-ee7.zip)
    • Red Hat Process Automation Manager 7.0.0 Business Central Deployable for Red Hat JBoss EAP 7 (rhpam-7.0.0.GA-business-central-eap7-deployable.zip)
The ZIP files do not require a graphical user interface so you can install Red Hat Process Automation Manager using SSH.
  3. To run Business Central without needing to deploy it to an application server, download Red Hat Process Automation Manager 7.0.0 Decision Central Standalone (rhpam-7.0.0.GA-business-central-standalone.jar).
